No way of telling. A combination of incomplete profiles, possible mistakes when filling out profiles, and lack of any way of accessing the information held in profiles (except looking at them one at a time) results in a simple, if unhelpful, answer. None of us know.

There are also quite a few people here on behalf of someone else.

However, trying to be a bit more helpful, there are clearly far, far more females than males. You see estimates from around 1 in 7 to 1 in 10 for hypothyroidism. A leap from membership of around 20,000 and using the 1:10 guess, you end up with 2,000. Of course, that does not take account of any bias which makes males more or less likely than females to join up here.
