Over active salivary gland

I am a hypothyroid patient.My salivary glands are producing saliva in larger quantities from a month.What may be the reason and its treatment.

That happened to me in the first 3 month of pregnancy. But maybe that isn't relevant to you. I Had to keep swallowing and spitting, as well as vomiting.

My only suggestion , since Cyclogest (pure progesterone ) prevented all that with my second pregnancy, is that progesterone might help.
