I'm new to this on 50 mg of thyro I feel no better apart it's my anti bodies that the prob is with nah advice

Have you had thyroid blood tests since starting Levothyroxine? It is usual to have blood test six weeks after starting Levothyroxine in case the dose needs increasing. 50mcg is a low starter dose and may not be enough to address your symptoms.

If you have recent thyroid blood results please post them with the lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after your results) and members will advise/comment.
