Has anybody had any response from their comments and concerns re this new site?

I've had a couple of acknowledgement emails, but nothing suggesting that anything would be done about what I said.

I have just noticed that I can't see the green light bulb at all now. When did it disappear? Does this imply they aren't taking any more complaints?

I would be annoyed if that was the case because I just noticed an annoying bug this morning, after posting my first question since the site was changed (I refuse to say "upgraded").

I had acknowledgments too but no comments from them. I feel we are being ignored and think this is disrespectful, like what we as the users of the site feel doesn't matter. What is the point of the green bulb if they don't reply?

I've had some responses other than the auto responses to glitches I've reported and they've been fixed. A couple of issues have been added "to the backlog" for attention. "Why have you done this..." feedback has only had auto response.

They did warn that it would only stay for as long as it was being used regularly...

I suspect that most of the other groups did not bother to use it at all, so the small amount of use it was getting from TUK people was not enough to warrant it remaining..

I've always had responses to my questions. acknowledgement first then personal response answering my question from one of the team.

In the past, when something was actually broken (from the IT perspective), I've had a response from HU. Nothing about any suggestions.

Yes. I had email interchanges with them about a couple of the things I raised. And my ideas cycled through the 'what should we add next' thingy along with everyone else's.

I see the green bulb has gone now. I assume that means they've implemented all the changes they deem necessary. It would've been nice to know. And, actually, I've put quite a bit of time into my suggestions. A 'thank you' wouldn't have gone amiss either ...

I don't even have a green bulb anymore. Is that normal.

Ah, ok, but that doesn't sound very fair! In my opinion, it should be their permenantly but perhaps they don't really want feed-back after all...

I got the feeling it wasn't a genuine thing also, I still have not had any comments or regard shown for my opinion. I feel that I have been told to put up and shut up. Very disappointed by this.
