When doing the Ct3M method , what am I looking for in morning body temperature and pulse rate to determine if the dose is having an effect?

Haven't the brain capacity to read the book at the moment so was wondering when I start my initial dose 1.5 hrs before getting up , I check my pulse / temp what am I looking for? An increase or decrease?

Any advice gratefully received :-)
