I had thyroid surgery( only got my right thyroid now) about 2 months ago and I have been having trouble sleeping and when wake up so tired

Can you post the results of your recent thyroid function test with lab ref ranges?

I'm assuming you are not on medication? I was told my right lobe would produce sufficient FT4 after my hemi-thyroidectomy (it didn't feel like it did) and wasn't given thryoid hormone replacement until after completion surgery.
