Have order some sublingual methylcobalamin B12, do I need any other supplements, or does it work fine on its own?

If you don't know the status of your folate it may be a good idea to supplement folate too as B12 and folate are co-dependent. b12d.org/b12-and-folate
Did you have a particular one recommended Twitchen as I want a hood one as poor appetite, thanks

Hi, after lots of reading I bought the Solgar 1000 mcg sublingual methylcobalamin. It was about £8 for 60 on Amazon.
Folate level is 10.8.
B12 is 268, which from what I have read is a bit on the low side.
Potassium at 5.1 is over range though.
