Does anyone know when you should be feeling better on thybon 20 and 75 eltroxin taking it 6 days now and feel awful completely shattered

Six days wont make a difference, i think it needs to be several weeks before you will see anything

Unfortunately, it is a slow procedure with a gradual increase in meds until you feel well.

To help the conversion of Eltroxin - magnesium, selenium and zinc help this. You can get supplements or google for foods containing them.

Take supplements 4 hours apart from thyroid meds.

On the morning of your blood tests, do not take your medication until afterwards and have it as early as possible. TSH is highest then.
