Had some hormone blood results can anybody help me make sense of the ?
Gonadotrophin level (xe25h) - elevated lh/fsh ratio
Serum lh level (xmolv) - 12.3 iu/l
Serum folllicle stimulating hormone level (xmolx) - 3.8 iu/l
Serum prolactin level xaelx - 368 mui/l (<550)
Serum oestrdiol level (4465) - 557 pmol/l
Serum sex hormone binding globulin level (44cd) - 78 nmol/l (20 - 156)
Plasma testosterone level (xaltq) - 1.1 nmol/l new testosterone immunoassay method in use July 2013. Adult pre menopause testosterone ref range <2.8 nmol/l

What are the ref ranges for these? There should be a range next to each result...... Your SHBG is low, this usually indicates low tissue levels of thyroid hormomes. Your estradiol looks like it's about over mid range but without the ranges it's hard to say.

There are no ranges other than what I have put in brackets that's all there is and what is shbg?
