Really interesting -am glad it is coming out in the open....it's been the subject of gossop for many years. .Interesting that the US payments to doctors dropped dramatically once it was law that a list had to be made of all payments to doctors that was accessible by all.

To some degree we can take heart from the generic medicines which the UK insist on -branded medicines are frowned upon here......may offer some small protection -but the public list would be best!!!!
