Thybon 20 mcg tabs do I take before breakfast or after

I've been given thy on 20 mcg to start tomorrow morning do I take it before breakfast and if so how long do I wait to eat. Appreciate some answer as everything in German on the box

Obviously you have to be wary - ingredients will be different, and advice might sometimes vary because of the nature of the tablets, etc.

Also, don't forget that Google translate is quite effective.

Finally, you could contact Henning and ask them if they have an official translation. (If you do get one, please forward it on to Louise so that TUK then have their own copy!)

Thybon is excellent stuff. I take mine at 7.00am about 20-30 mins before breakfast. Depending on what else you are taking, you may wish to split the dose so half then and half at 12.00 midday as they are used by the body more quickly that thyroxine.

Thanks I was just going to ask would I be better splitting the tab. Had awful palps this morning after taking the tab.
