I have tried calling Nutricentre over a dozen times in the last couple of days to order supplements - even waiting as long as 12 minutes for them to answer but all I get is recorded messages. Does anyone know whether they're still in business?

Thanks Louise. As I sit here by the telephone I'm still having no luck - 6 calls today between 9am and 2.25 pm and absolutely no joy. I draw the line at waiting more than 10 minutes per call now. I'm giving up and going via Amazon.
Will see if we can get to the bottom of this tomorrow (office is closed today)... x

Hallelujah! I got through but it took the guy 25 mins to process my order (for 2 items) and he incorrectly told me I could get my discount by ordering online. I found out that the reason for the poor service is that the sales process was transferred to another company on Monday of this week and the new staff are still trying to familiarise themselves with the products - so they're slow to take an order and slow to pick up calls. One other thing that members ought to know is that special offers shown on Nutricentre's site (eg "3 for 2") are only available for online orders. Not obvious unless you dig around in the T&Cs.
Hi, I have a little insider info on this...they decided to make their entire call centre redundant and outsource it somewhere else to save money, from what I gather it wasn't very well planned - you should see the complaints and bad reviews on their Facebook Page! From what I've heard the outlook isn't great and I wouldn't be surprised if they are out of business very soon, a very badly run company which is such a shame as they used to be great!
I'm currently trying to get a refund from NutriCentre for goods not received. I ordered NutriAdrenal Extra on 19 May - nothing arrived. Emailed them on 29 May and got a response by email on 2 June saying they'd send a replacement - still nothing received. So today I've just emailed them again for a refund. Hopeless service!
