Has anybody every tried this, it is meant to be really good for immune system and full of nutrients etc etc. Was just wondering if i should add this, been reading about it , sounds brilliant….. anybody?

This is the bit that stuck out for me as I have just read about it.

Although early evidence looks promising, additional study is still needed to determine the safety and effectiveness of bovine colostrum.

So it seems very experimental and not a lot is known about the side effect ect - don't think I would like to be one of the lab rats - sorry.
