Your thyroid is usually lower down....can I see a lump at the back of your neck ? Is it a buffalo hump ? Maybe your problem is adrenals as that is associated with that sort of bump ...have a search and see what you come up with....I am in a rush.....

yes i know my thyorid is lower down but couldnt get whole of my neck in pic.i have had a lump at teh back but thought nothing of it..see other pic.probably still cant see thyroid itself but swollen at each side thyroid is butterfly shaped is it not?
