What is the optimal TSH level for hypothyroid patients?

Looking at ATA levels kinda begs the question of how damaging NHS protocol of not treating patients without TPo antibodies until their TSH is 10.

Its just another case of doctors working to the numbers rather than listening to their patient!! Personally I am on Armour and there is no way I would let my endo (who prescribes) mess about with my dosage according to the numbers - we are all different and if doctors don't do level checks when we are well then how can they lump us all together when we're ill?
