Should I be concerned , I have been under active for 2 years now and on 150 levo and all going well until just recently when I got a chest

Infection , I have noticed when coughing I look like a bull frog under on my neck I seem to have swelling and when I cough it's much worse . Any ideas

Make an appointment to see your GP. Thyroid is probably inflamed because of your infection and s/he should check it over. Will probably be wait and see monitoring but GP might want to adjust your meds to see if it reduces the inflamation.

ps try to take your meds after the GP appt in case you're asked to have a TFT.
