Iv'e been recently diagnosed with De quervain's thyroiditis and not Graves as originally told. Not sure what category to put it under as i know it's now a viral condition and less serious and will hopefully be better before long. Would like to share information and gain knowledge and experiences from others who have been diagnosed with this ( known as subcute as well i think ). Thanks

My thyroid levels eventually returned to normal after about 6 months but slowly slipped into sub- clinical hypothyroid over 4 years. Now on Levothyroxine and feel much better :-)
