My tsh is the same, felt rubbish until I saw an endo who recommended vitamin d. Feel so much better/ happier. Am on 125 Levo and HRT.

I am one of the "lower the better" people when it comes to TSH. I would like to have more medication even though my tsh is 0.23(0.5 - 5) because I still have symptoms (thin hair, cold feet, tired) but I am a lot better than I was without thyroxine. However everyone is different, go by how you feel.

No - i feel better with a negative/suppressed TSH. However 2 specialists that i rate say many feel well around 1. NHS likes to keep people at high end for no good reason

I feel better with TSH around 3-4

One of my GPs thought that once I was in range (I was 5.35) I should be feeling great. I wasn't. I now know my optimal is currently around 2 (2.11 last test). I'm hypothyroid, however unlikely to be Hashis as my antibodies are very low. I always have my TSH test taken around 8am and before my thyroid meds. Consistency is key for me to track what's happening with some accuracy. TSH levels change through the day, so I'm sure it's probably lower by the afternoon. I track my symptoms. Everyone is different.
