HiSylvia. I dont have much knowledge but I am underactive and on 50mcg of levothyroxine. I have been told not too drink too much tea and that too much sugar doesn,t help either! Tea keeps me sane also, afraid I cant give it up.I also suffer dreadfully with my legs, changes from day to day as to which part of legs are hurting most. find it so strange and doctor thinks is weird too and stuck me on fluoxetine (prozac). have taken them for 4 months and feel even worse. Have told doctor that I am going to wean myself off them. will try to investigate the tea thing further!
