I use a product "Asphasia" from time to time to help with sleep, I understand this contains a small amount of melatonin - 0.3mcg.

Hi foxglove. I use it a lot, often weeks at a time. As I have to have TSH, T4 and Free T3 done every 2-8 weeks, depending on my heart. I know it certainly does not effect my thyroid disease.

I hope that helps.

Best wishes,

Jackie

Thanks Jackie, you were the one who recommended it. Why am I such a doubting Thomas?, and of course I meant Asphalia NOT Asphasia!!!!

Think aphasia is what you are thinking off. Often a problem after a stroke
