If you are hypo.Dr. Peatfield's book 'Your thyroid and how to keep it healthy' is brilliant.

I'd definitely recommend Dr Peatfield's book ~ if you're Hypo you might find yourself talking back to the book as you read it & it reads as though it was written about you!!

Dr Peatfield's book - 'Your thyroid and how to keep it healthy' ISBN 978-1-905140-10-7 is a must. After years of thyroid problems this book finally explained to me what was going on and was definitely a catalyst for taking control and self help.

It was a combination of Dr Peatfields book and this forum that has just got me my first full blood tests including FT3!! A little knowledge is a dangerous thing but a lot of knowledge goes a very long way :)
