Had to reduce my levo as gone hyper. Does the reduction affect Lyrica and Nortriptyline. Either maw them stronger or weaker? Anxious!!!

My pharmacist us miserable and grumpy. Just gave me a funny look and shook hot head. Ws told on here levo enhances effect of Nortriptyline so if Thats the case does reducing levo reduce effect of Nortriptyline??? Day 5 of second reduction and hit flushes sweats and anxious tummy have started agrin.

This is not what usually happens when I've reduced but not been on either meds. Someone ease please help me a
