The Department of Health are interested in finding out from you which of the rights set out in the NHS Constitution are most important to you. They want to ensure that patients get their rights.

I took the survey- but it did have a tick-list feel to it.

I hope many others try though, it as ALL feedback is good

Requesting an in depth appraisal of the Constitiution in the survey was not helpful- so I entered 'No time to deal with this now'...
