earthing mat

some while ago there was a lot of discussion on the use of earthing mats and many people said they had found them useful for helping them sleep better and just feel well in general

i have an earthing mat for sale along with an accompanying book as I didnt find it helped me particularly.

it was quite a while ago people were discussing these mats.

actually i thought my post might have been removed as I thought offering things for sale might not be allowed !

The fact that it had the interesting feature of saying it had not helped you much was in its favour. That is, a genuine user opinion on something relevant to thyroid sufferers.
