I do not think there is enough research to have decide on safety. However, there do not seem to be loads of reports of people suffering - other than, maybe, in their wallets.

Whatever you do do NOT sign up for a free trial from Ketone. I was ripped off amongst hundreds of others. I lost £75.

Thanks.. no won't do anything online like that.. n won't take anything until I am sure it's safe to mix with Eltroxin. Ya there are apparently a lot of online scams regarding Raspberry ketones... but.. did they work for you.tho you were ripped off... and are you on Eltroxin??

No, I didn't take them as I had time to think. Raspberry Ketones must raise the metabolism as thyroid gland hormones do, so I thought it better not to take them.

This is a link I've just read. If you are concerned about your weight, ask if your GP will replace 50mcg of levo with 10mcg T3 and that may help.

This is an excerpt from Dr Lowe (patients used to be prescribed between 200 and 400mcg)

Unfortunately, even when many patients take a dose of T4 alone that's high enough to suppress their TSH levels, the treatment is not effective for some 50% of patients. It's well worth noting, though, that most patients lose their excess weight and recover their health when they switch to thyroid hormone products that contain both T4 and T3 or T3 alone and take doses high enough to lower their TSH levels. Many can't find doctors who'll cooperate by prescribing these superior products. But most lose their excess weight and recover their health by using dietary desiccated thyroid products such as Thyro-Gold that don't require a prescription. I sincerely hope this is reply is helpful to you.
