The water tablets worked a treat

Hi All

Just wanted to share that the water tablets did their job for me - I started the water tabs on Monday - well I think I have peed out 3kilos (and am re-hydrating) - My body is mine again and I am feeling SO much brighter...

So I have gone back down a size and strangely don't mind as much as the other way round..............

Good, easier than you thought then? keep drinking! Also you normally stay on that dose , if gets worse increased, on a higher dose ( you are not) then to decrease a little if possible, Unfortunately not a cure!

Hi The only thing you can buy is dandelion tablets, not much good, also celery good, However, often you just need to drink more, water best and not too much salt, low sodium in range ideal. This applies on diuretics or not.

Pleased for you. Retaining so much fluid is incredibly uncomfortable. Have the same problems and can actually feel the excess fluid leaving my boobs, fingers & waistline. However, I do find that chamomile tea & fennel tea are of great help. (when I remember to drink them) Like them both but, yes, they are an acquired taste. Dandelion tea is also excellent but find it tastes horrid. Worth trying --- do it so don't have to take the perscribed diuretic.
