Hi No thyroid, removed 19 years ago due to thyca. Trying to check my vit levels. Ferratin 37-41 Folate 6.6 - 7.6 Vit D 89 and B12 710. I take 5 x 100mcg of MP weekdays and 2.x 0.75mcg weekends. Any ideas on how to raise Ferratin levels?
