Does anyone know what the Above Average Sickness Allowance is ??

I was hoping you could assist with advice on Above Average Sickness Allowance – I have had problems at work with my condition and my sickness levels – I came across the Norcup vs The Commissioners of the Inland Revenue (2002) ref ET/20502934/01 – and wondered with this in mind, if this has any specific guidelines as to what an above average sickness allowance could be.

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.
