Do they get rid of a pain? Maybe a little bit for me they also seem to constipate me, but I also noticed when I take I feel less tired which is obviously a good thing in the daytime but not so good at night time. Has anyone else had similar experiences And do you always take IBS meds at night? Do you find other things for help the pain that help you sleep without too much pain?

Depends which antispasmodic. I found that buscopan gave me heart palpitations.

If you are suffering from IBS-C with pain, Alflorex probiotic helps me greatly with the pain. I also have Linaclotide (for IBS-C with pain). I'd try the Alflorex first and if not sufficient ask your doctor about Linaclotide. Worth a try.
