The NHS website, A-Z, Ibs; is the best place for best advice!

I have, in the past, given advice on the basis of my personal experiences.

However, given that we are all so very different, I would now advise that apart from your GP, you use the NHS website and go to the A-Z; look up IBS and make any relevant use of the advice given.
