hi 2sniffs, I find a microwaveable wheat bag is good. It stays hot for a while and is softer and more manoeuvrable on the tummy

A small electric heat pad is good. Amazon. You can set the heat and the time required.

Agree totally! I have been using these for years and have several..I find hot water bottles useless. The wheat bags mould around the tummy and relax everything, good selection on Amazon

I use a Hotties Microwaveable Hot Water Bottle. Available from Amazon. They stay warm for a long time. I have found that some of the wheat bags can have a smell to them.

I have a microwaveable heat pack, but better still an electric heat pad, has 3 heat settings, it’s been a godsend for me. Obviously as electric you can use it for longer, I use the microwave one when I’m away from home, and there’s a microwave of course, as more portable

Yes I tend to agree with previous posts about wheat bags etc, these can’t usually be over heated, whereas traditional hotty botties can get too hot, don’t want to be cooking the innerds.

I use them too. No I just use a normal hot water bottle. Mine seems to last all night.
