has anyone tried to get allergy/intolerance tests on nhs and how long it may take… what was you’re experience? My bloating from ibs is bad and never had any of these..

There are no scientifically based tests for food intolerances apart from FODMAP elimination and reintroduction diet ideally with a dietitian referral. The official UK advice on food intolerances and allergies is in the link below:
