I’ve been prescribed 2mg Valium (diazepam) to help me not lose the plot on upcoming flights, as my IBSD related anxiety has got so much worse since covid lockdowns etc.

I’ve always had anxiety about having a flare up whilst travelling but it’s a real problem now.

anyhow, 2mg seems a crazy low dose😨 so just wondered if anyone had experience Of this, and when you took it etc 🥲

If you don't routinely take diazapam, two mgs. is a substantial dose.

yeah I’ve taken them once before, about ten years ago when a new contraceptive pill sent me absolutely mental 😂 think they were 5mg though

I'm with you about Covid. It has made things worse regarding anxiety. I had no problem staying in doors near my loo. Now we are allowed to go out again my anxiety has gone up massively. Diazepam got me through my Gallbladder op about 10 yrs ago I was soooo worried. Good luck and have a lovely holiday. x
