working from home

I’m in the process of changing my work contract to permanently working from home. My employers are not being great about this, but fortunately the union I am with have given me lots of support. Just wondered if anyone else has any experience with this and can offer any advice? I’ve got my 3rd occupational health meeting this afternoon and to be honest the stress is just making my symptoms worse. I keep saying the same things all the time - perhaps anyone has some ‘wording’ advice ? I am quite a private person but have had to go into graphic embarrassing detail about my symptoms, and why working in a busy stressful office does not work for me. I have proven I can work from home.
