Vertigo?
This sounds like a problem with your ears speak to your gp . There is a manoeuvre on YouTube you can do to re balance the crystals in your ears x
Most likely it is vertigo resulting from crystals in your ears breaking off and getting in one of the canals. It happens as we age. As suggested, look for the Epley Manuever on uTube. Do no more than 2x per day at least fifteen minutes apart. If you don't know what ear is causing this, try the Epley on one side. If you don't get dizzy during it. Try the other side.
Thanks ! Have used this myself it does work 😀x
I’d go see gP as it’s very likely it’s your ears....the inner ear can get umpteen problems as we age. I am the same as you and mines an inner ear problem. The technique mentioned can help as I had it done years ago as it was the crystals in the ear, but now I’ve a different inner ear problem and that won’t help,...I wouldn’t worry about it but certainly go see the doc, he may suggest mri on ear. It’s unnerving isn’t it so best go see what’s causing itSue
Hi Abimac I’ve been suffering with vertigo and dizziness for 22 years I finally reported it to my gp in 2019 due to the pandemic it took time to see an ENT consultant they immediately found I had postural hypotension but also I had further tests including a brain scan that was clear then vemp tests which found that my vestibular nerve that controls balance was damaged . It’s really important that you ask your gp to see the right medical specialists on this field as it may not be something obvious like some others have suggested good luck
