Hi everyone,

I stumbled across health unlocked when looking for information about IBS. It's interesting to learn what works for others.

I also have COPD and have recieved very little information from the medical staff!

Finally I'm waiting for a biopsy to learn if I have cancer again. I must have been really bad in a former life lol

Oh I nearly forgot I've got arthritis in the feet.

Although I sound like a bit of a car crash, It's not. Positive thinking, mindfulness and Louise Hay you can heal your life all help.

I look forward to reading about others who have any of the above and learn what has worked for them. 😀
