Hi everyone, come across this so thought I would post it on here for anyone who can tolerate ice cream.

There is always frozen yogurt. :) Which tastes much like ice cream. I love ice cream but can't seem to stick to one or two scoops. I eat directly from the container and have sometimes eaten 1/2 the carton. I don't eat it everyday. The only thing is that I have chronic constipation and I think ice cream is very constipating..maybe because of the calcium or milk in it? I love chocolate marshmallow, ice cream cake, and Rocky Road, Orange Sherbet. I think I have heard of people who take a pill called "Lactaid" (not sure if that is what it is called) before they eat dairy. I don't drink milk and can't do almond milk don't like the taste..which is hard because I love cereal..but sometimes I can eat ice cream and luckily yogurt. But not cottage cheese or sour cream and sometimes ranch dressing. Thanks for the info. 😊

Hi Eliana, I don't eat yoghurt anymore as they put probiotics in it these days and my tummy doesn't like them! I'm okay with dairy though funnily enough! They put vitamin D in your milk over there, they don't do that here in the UK.
