Recently having more triggers and severe pain, need advice!

I was diagnosed with IBS (mixed) three years ago, i have been coping well over the past two years by controlling my diet and recognising my symptoms, but recently i am having more triggers than usual and more pain in my stomach. I know that stress can be a major trigger and anxiety too, but knowing my IBS symptoms are coming back severely makes me more anxious.

Any advice on how i am able to help cope with anxiety and triggers which cause my symptoms. I am a first year nursing student and in my home town the pandemic has halted everything and not as easy to get an appointment with my GP

Thanks in advanced!

Hi, I just noticed on your profile that you had your gallbladder removed about 3 years ago. Sometimes this can give you Bile Acid Malabsorption, perhaps you should take a look at the link below to see if this maybe what you are experiencing.
