Hi

I started taking Alflorex for two weeks and in the last week I’ve felt really tired, have a gnawing feeling in my stomach which is making me feel queasy.

Has anyone else experienced any side effects like this?

Morning I've been taking them for 2 weeks and so far so good. Maybe try and stop them for a bit or one every other day to see if the symptoms ease? I guess some people react differently to any type of medication or it could just be a coincidence and something else could be causing the symptoms. I hope it settles down good luck x

I didn't get any side effects from Alflorex. The best people to ask are the Precision Biotics the supplier. They have a support team who can be contacted on ask@precisionbiotics.com. Good luck.

I'd agree re contacting PrecisionBiotics. I understand that some people do get an initial discomfort as the gut bacteria alter but this is transient and passes
