Feeling so down at the moment what with everything that’s happened in the last couple of weeks, that’s why I have been quiet..... nothing to do with anything on here good news is I’m okay now and the doctor says I can be released from the institution and my padded cell.

Hiya darling had very bad day today as funeral, Pansy you were right it was me in the next cell to you. Things will get better sweetheart I’m a fighter and won’t be knocked down if I can help it. It’s just today and everything with Betty dying it is all coming to the surface.

Sorry to hear you’re going through such a difficult time. Do you have people you can speak with in the real world? I’m not sure who Betty is but losing someone close during these times must be horrendous as our normal support networks are not as available. Remember to be kind to yourself and walking with a friend is still allowed. Getting outside even in this weather is still a good way to sort your thoughts.

Hi there aw hope your ok I think you do get down at times, especially with all this lockdown crap but keep talking to people if possible and always try to look for positive things to focus on and some things you can't change. Tomorrow could be a better day xxxxxx
