IBS since I was born and now gallbladder removed because of Stones.

Hello my name is Rick Francis and I've been suffering with IBS since I was born and now I had my gallbladder removed because it was full of stones and I had to change my diet but it is hard everything has sodium in it I've been eating chicken breast and rice and chicken breast and boiled potatoes I've been also drinking decaffeinated tea and coffee and the only milk I been drinking is rice milk but it only have 85 sodium this is hard on me the sodium is the worse .

Yes , if I don't watch what I eat I get cramping really bad and bile diarrhea

Have you been given a bile sequestrant to take?

Right now I take Hyoscyamine for IBS so far it's working good.

So you are managing your Bile Acid Diarrheoa okay with the Hyoscyamine and watching what you eat. Thats good then.

Lol sometimes I sneak something I'm not supposed to eat but I pay for it 😊 anyway I eat skinless chicken breast and rice and sometimes boiled potatoes or peas and carrots
