Help 😣 Part 2

Hi guys, carrying on from my last post, I have noticed maybe a pattern in a few of my symptoms.

I used to keep a food diary but I could never find a pattern and it got boring, but just recently I fear it may have got a bit more obvious.

About 3 months back (the beginning of lockdown)I had a bowl of strawberries and cream = in agony after a few hours

Last month my partner made keylime pie, soon after eating the lime cream I was doubled up, pains and gas.

Last week I had a bowl of granola and fat free yogurt, 2 hours later I had really bad cramping.

And last night we had Tuscan chicken and vegetables (made with soft cheese) this morning I have bloated tummy and awful gas.

Could this be the answer.... Lactose intolerance or dairy?

Could this maybe be why I'm always in pain and struggling to lose weight 😢 it's getting me so down I'm so fed up.

Also trying to run 2 businesses and 1 is from home, I need the energy to keep fit. Any ideas for caffeine free supplements I can take to wake the f*** up. My get up and go has got up and gone 😂

Have you looked at my FODMAP post?

Down load the Fodmap App from monash university and you should be able to sort out which sugar you are sensitive to. I use lactose free milk but can tolerate a little yogurt.
