ok so for 7 years I've had a chronic itchy rectum. Inside! Last 2 weeks cramps, gas pain , diarrhea. I've seen that many drs and all say prutis ani but feels like wriggling . How do i treat them for Good!? No one knows what to do they are clueless. I took a combatrin as i have before just in case again but it itching is relentless. Any help how can i fix this myself. I need a cure!!

Hi, thread worms are common but usually itch on the outside, mainly at night when they come out to lay eggs. If you can't see them in your stool then it more likely to be piles. Have you tried and pile creams or suppositories?
