Understanding thyself

I am very appreciative of those who give me support

I am beginning to realise that IBS is linked to highs and lows of the mental state

As a result of this unless we can find peace and quiet in our mind , only then can we combat IBS

I understand I suffer from mental health highs and lows

This is why in my low moods I contact you for support

From nowhere I can believe that I see no success and what’s the point of trying

On other days I can create strategies to succeed

I think it will be a skill to overpower the anxiety and fear with being positive and with every storm comes a day of peace

Today very sad my Mother was unable to visit given the health risks she may face

Sadness replaced by knowing I have tried to protect a Mother from further health risks
