Senna Tea?

I've read that Senna Tea helps some people with constipation. My questions are

Which brands are the best?

How often should you drink it?

How long before you should get a result?

I’m starting on generic Senna (Biguerlai laxative) 2-gram tea bag and have taken it twice with welcome relief and success. In the first try last week, I steeped the bag in lukewarm water for 2-3 hours at 2:00am and drank it at 4:00am. It took 9 hours to work. Second time I prep the bag with lukewarm water at 2:00am and it worked at 11:00am. Will use it occasionally maybe every3 days interval.
