Hi folks

After a bad flare up with very intense pain (and a flare up of other long term conditions) I found myself at the library. Scanning through the shelves I found this:

Beat Your Irritable Bowel in 7 Simple Steps by Paul Jenner.

ISBN: 9781473654334 (get the March 2018 version).

Despite having suffered from IBS for over 40 years this book has offered up some new suggestions. It's done in a very user friendly, accessible manner and broken into steps. It helped me review things I'd forgotten, introduced me to new things to try and, if I do go back to the GP I can lead the conversation with some of this information.

Hope it helps some of you.

(p.s. I have no link to the publisher/author or related parties)
