Okay, it started about 35years ago. I woke up about 5am feeling like I needed to go to the loo. I thought too early, I'll hold on a while longer. Tried to go back to sleep. Eventually decided I might as well get up and go to the loo. My bedroom was at the front of the house, the loo was downstairs at the back of the house. Long story short, I didn't make it in time. That was it, I have never been right since!

Mine started about 7 yrs ago, after my husband passed away & I went to FL to sell the home we bought to retire in. The stress of my life since, has made me 100 times worse.
