Triphala?

Hi all. Has anyone had any success with Triphala capsules?

I've never heard of them so have looked online, the possible benefits do look good. Have you been prescribed them?

Yes! I took a supplement with triphala in it called ColonX. It worked great for two weeks and then stopped working. I think it's supposed to be used occasionally for short periods of time.

Yes - swear by them but get the ones with added linseed. I take x3 daily if my system is slow, 1xday as it improves.

Add the obvious - W&W - water and walking, job done. (Sorry, couldn’t resist)
