Does anyone get the sudden urge they need to run to the toilet. I always get it in the morning makes me more anxious that I’m having a flare up then I have the flare up because I’m anxious

Yes, generally triggered by eating so if I have to go anywhere I just don't eat for at least 3 hours beforehand!
Yes as soon as I get up I have to literally run to the toilet and I’m on and off the toilet for about half an hour to an hour
