Can’t tell if it’s IBS or I have caught something

I’m sweating, feeling sick, my stomach hurts and I have work! I’m going in my thoughts where worst case senatio I can come home yes I won’t get the money but hey I’m only 18 with not many bills to pay and I have anough for this time around

Well tbh I still couldn’t tell I almost threw up (not ibs) but I still done the 6 hours with no problems it’s really weird but yes I think it was ibs no upset belly’s just cramps and nausea

Well, well done you for going into work and for seeing it through. If we can push ourselves (if we know we have an escape route), it always makes you feel better in the end whatever the outcome. If we get through the whole thing we can congratulate ourselves, and even if we don't get through it all we can still tap ourselves on the back for trying. Either way, we win and we can say "up yours" to IBS. (Of course, this is not always possible and we shouldn't put ourselves down for it).
